The North American Sport Dog Association (NASDA) is an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the working abilities of all dog breeds through scent-based sporting events. Founded to highlight the natural hunting and scenting instincts of dogs, NASDA offers competitions such as Trailing & Locating, Urban Locating, and Shed Dog, which simulate real-life scenarios like finding lost items, tracking scents, and locating shed antlers. The organization welcomes dogs of all breeds and skill levels, encouraging teamwork between handlers and their dogs while fostering community and training excellence.
